Hatch LABS Inc. and its affiliates retain personal data only for the duration stipulated by the company that provides the services you wish to use.

1.Required Data
To access services provided by the Service Provider, I hereby grant consent for Hatch LABS Inc. and its affiliates to receive and process my data. This includes my biometric data obtained from remote identification procedures involving the capture or recording of live images of my face, personal identity, or identifying documents, as well as pertinent personal data obtained from the population registry. Such data encompasses, but is not limited to, images of my face, name, surname, nationality, gender, personal code, date of birth, document numbers, dates of issue and validity, my signature, and the subsequent transfer of this data to the Service Provider.
2. Data Processing
I acknowledge that Hatch LABS Inc. and/or its affiliates are the data controllers responsible for processing my data, including my biometric data, as specified in this consent. Subsequently, the outcomes will be relayed to the Service Provider. Also, I understand and agree with the possibility of HATCH LABS retaining my previously obtained identification data for an extended period.
3. Use of the Service
I am apprised of my right to request detailed information about my data by contacting support@hatchlabs.app. Furthermore, I affirm the accuracy and validity of all personal data I provide for remote identification purposes and the authenticity and validity of the identification document I utilize for this purpose.
Hatch LABS Inc., along with its Parent Company and Affiliated entities, presents the fees, registration, membership, and credit agreement.
Upon submission of this request, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the extension of credit in your name, as well as the disbursement of funds for yourself and any authorized users indicated on this application. Furthermore, you retain the option to renew or modify your credit periodically.
By submitting this application, you affirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Additionally, you agree to furnish any further information upon request. In the event of multiple credit products being available to you, you assert the capacity to select the product that best aligns with your requirements. Conversely, if limited to acquiring a single credit product, it shall be deemed your choice. It is imperative to note that specific offers and services may be encompassed within the credit product.
Consent for Credit Review: You acknowledge and consent to our potential conduct of a credit inquiry based on the credit product in which you express interest. We may utilize the information you provided alongside data obtained from external sources, including credit reporting agencies.
Upon submission of this application and subsequent credit approval, you acknowledge and accept any applicable annual fees on record, if applicable.
5. Credit Approval Agreement
Following the approval of your credit application, a written agreement will be furnished to you prior to the issuance, re-issuance, or modification of credit.
