We are growing our frontend engineering team and seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer to help build and enhance our user-facing applications.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team and contribute to building responsive, high-performance, and accessible web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create an exceptional user experience.

This role requires strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and interactive UIs using React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.

• Work with component libraries (ShadCN, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, Material UI, etc.) to create modular and reusable UI components.

• Implement state management using React Context, Redux, or Zustand.

• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

• Integrate with backend APIs (REST, GraphQL) and handle real-time data.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing features to improve UX.

Collaboration & Code Quality

• Work closely with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UIs.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices in performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• Follow agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Technical Growth & Best Practices

• Stay up to date with modern frontend trends, frameworks, and best practices.

• Contribute to frontend architecture discussions and component library improvements.

• Advocate for UI/UX best practices, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.

• Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions (Tailwind CSS, Emotion, Styled Components).

• Familiarity with state management tools (React Context, Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).

• Knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).

• Experience optimizing frontend performance (lazy loading, SSR, caching, bundle splitting).

• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or high-traffic applications.

• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment.

• Experience with frontend monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, LogRocket).

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal frontend projects.
