Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager at Hatch, you’ll develop and implement strategies that drive growth, awareness, and customer engagement. We’re seeking a creative and analytical marketing professional who can effectively communicate Hatch’s value to various audiences. This role will focus on brand building, demand generation, and content that resonates with our target industries, helping Hatch become the go-to solution for data collection and verification.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Development & Awareness

    • Lead brand-building initiatives to establish Hatch as an industry leader, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

    • Develop and maintain a strong brand voice that reflects Hatch’s innovation, simplicity, and dedication to making data accessible.

    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and target audience insights, using this information to guide brand strategy.

  2. Content Strategy & Creation

    • Design and execute a content strategy that educates and engages our audience, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.

    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to produce resources that effectively communicate Hatch’s unique value and features.

    • Ensure content speaks to the challenges faced by our target industries, offering solutions that highlight Hatch’s capabilities and advantages.

  3. Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

    • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, search, etc.) to generate qualified leads and grow Hatch’s customer base.

    • Analyze and optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment.

    • Build and oversee a strategy for SEO, SEM, and paid advertising that increases Hatch’s online visibility and drives relevant traffic to our platform.

  4. Partnership Marketing

    • Work closely with the business development team to develop joint marketing efforts with partners, leveraging collaborations to increase brand reach.

    • Create co-branded materials and campaigns that amplify our reach and showcase Hatch’s value in partner ecosystems.

    • Nurture and grow relationships with industry influencers and relevant communities to boost Hatch’s brand presence.

  5. Performance Analysis & Optimization

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Use data to continually refine and optimize marketing strategies, adjusting campaigns based on performance data and feedback.

    • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and other relevant metrics for stakeholders.

  6. Customer Engagement & Feedback

    • Develop initiatives to increase customer engagement and gather feedback, using this input to refine marketing messages and improve the customer experience.

    • Manage online communities and social media interactions to foster brand loyalty and maintain an active, engaged customer base.

    • Collect and share customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to highlight real-world applications and impact of Hatch’s solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS, technology, or data services sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in brand building, content creation, and lead generation.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging and persuasive content.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt strategies based on market feedback and data insights.
